Blitz/CTTH green speed selection?

  To anyone who can help with some insight, this may be a small question, but now I'm wondering about green speeds on CTTH and Blitz....

  Observations & questions:

  #1. When I set up a multi player blitz I can select green speeds.

  #2. When I select single player blitz or CTTH the selection was n/a or just a dash.

  #3. Does the green speed on multi blitz affect how the ball travels when it hits the green from a club/wedge shot? (I'm presuming certainly, but can anybody expand on that fact?)

  #4. If #3 is YES then what is the green speed default to as mentioned in point #2 (during single player)?

  Is there a text I'm not seeing on the screen that tells me what the GS is? I know it shows up when the shot is a putt.

  Whatever your usual green speed is i would assume

  This is Yes. 

  When the ball hits the green and starts rolling,  The faster green speed set, the more the ball will roll.

  Some short game courses have the putting green too, don't forget.
