I see that a number of players have been playing/practicing on the back 9 at Bethpage. I've looked all over the menus in the game but can't find where to go so that I can play/practice as well.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Bethpage Black back 9 is the only option for group or multiplayer games.
Simply select "Join Group" and you will be on your way.

I'm new to the game - does anyone know why Bethpage Black back 9 is the only option for multiplayer games? I thought you would be able to choose from any of the other courses. Or are these only available after you reach a certain level?
Also, when do all the courses become available for stroke play?

I wish I knew, but the latest info on those topics can be found using the search function. Search for WGT, update, multiplayer, stroke play, etc. You'll find buckets of info.
