skins challenge disconnection loss of creds

  hello wgt

  recently playing skins challenge game 3 players at best of famous holes we had a disconnection after the 3rd hole and servers message came up none of the players could rejoin 4 at least 5 mins !!! eventually got back to lobby the message read match ended cannot continue and we lost our 300 credits this now has happened 3 times  I have lost 1500 in creds without finishing the game !!!!!! please can u respond to this

  where do those creds go wgt ????

  do we have any chance of recovering those lost creds????

  Best thing to do would be contact customer service with the Skins Game ID #.  They can look at the issue.

  is there any way to go back to fibd the id of a certain game I know the date but not the id

  If you click on account right above play now you will find a spot for transaction history. Just click on that and you will be able to find the Skins ID #.          - WGTdbloshoe

  Please go ahead and contact Customer Support by clicking the hyperlink (green text). This will take you to the support portal. Provide them with your player name and the Game ID. With this information they should be able to assist you.
