If you are playing a ranked multiplayer game with a pass a you go back to the lobby there is a display issue and the pass is not shown if you continue playing. However your pass is actually active and your club will received the XP.

Let's be fair about this.
There are three totally different situations - so lets look at them individually:
1) You use a CC Pass and you or any other in the foursome disconnect and you all get booted back to game lobby - If the game continues and is completed - then you do get credited as does your CC. The display issue does not show I BUT your CC does get them.
2) Same as above BUT the player does not return on time or disconnects twice. Depending on where you were in the game you get 0 to 12 XPs for your 37 credit pass.
3) You use a pass on a 1 hole practice round to get your daily bonus and WGT locks up on you as you putt. You get 1 or 2 CC XPs for your 37 credits.
All three of the above situations have happened to me.
I have no problem with situation #1 above.
What I do have a bit of a problem with is when I contacted customer support after the second time #3 happened and got the response (paraphrased):
There is no need to reimburse you for your 74 credits - the CC XPs were not lost it was a display issue on our part - your CC got the XPs you earned for buying the pass.
After I asked if the screen freezing was my issue or WGT's and got a response saying the problem was on WGT's end I had to ask if they still thought me getting 1 CC XP because of a WGT problem and spending 37 credits on 1 CC XP was "fair and what WGT expected to have happen." Well - Four days later and no response - but I will patiently wait for it.
Should I contact Customer Support on #2 which has happened 3 times this week?
