Losing my CC pass due to player disconnecting

    Hi ive brought 3 cc passes today and lost 2 due to disconnections by other players.......i havent recieved the additional xp so have basically wasted 111credits, which may not seem alot but to me there are. What you going to do as both myself and my CC have lost out...Thank you Cobrared

    If you contact Customer Support and provide the details in a business like manner, they will likely reimburse the cost of the Pass.

    buying and using cc passes  should be applied at the end of the round ...and not at the beginning...just my 2 cents

    If you are playing a ranked multiplayer game with a pass a you go back to the lobby there is a display issue and the pass is not shown if you continue playing. However your pass is actually active and your club will received the XP.

    Let's be fair about this.

    There are three totally different situations - so lets look at them individually:

    1) You use a CC Pass and you or any other in the foursome disconnect and you all get booted back to game lobby - If the game continues and is completed - then you do get credited as does your CC. The display issue does not show I BUT your CC does get them.

    2) Same as above BUT the player does not return on time or disconnects twice. Depending on where you were in the game  you get 0 to 12 XPs for your 37 credit pass.

    3) You use a pass on a 1 hole practice round to get your daily bonus and WGT locks up on you as you putt. You get 1 or 2 CC XPs for your 37 credits.

    All three of the above situations have happened to me.

    I have no problem with situation #1 above.

    What I do have a bit of a problem with is when I contacted customer support after the second time #3 happened and got the response (paraphrased):

    There is no need to reimburse you for your 74 credits - the CC XPs were not lost it was a display issue on our part  - your CC got the XPs you earned for buying the pass.

    After I asked if the screen freezing was my issue or WGT's and got a response saying the problem was on WGT's end I had to ask if they still thought me getting 1 CC XP because of a WGT problem and spending 37 credits on 1 CC XP was "fair and what WGT expected to have happen."  Well - Four days later and no response - but I will patiently wait for it.

    Should I contact Customer Support on #2 which has happened 3 times this week?

    two months later, it still happens.  But a new ball comes out and is priced 50 credits less than intended and that gets fixed within hours if not minutes.  

     

    I will check to see if my CC actually gets the points, it just happened to me a minute ago.  The last couple of times it has happened, the xp at the end of the round hasn't shown anything go to my CC.  

     

    Currently, I am at 53,301 points contributed to my cc.  So if what Admin2 is saying holds true, when I finish this round my daily bonus and xp points "should' go to my CC contribution.  Btw we are on our 2nd disconnect since my partner in Alt shot was unable to start his shot....  swing meter would not respond to his click of the mouse....

     

    Will be back to post my CC contribution results........

     

    Edit**  so after another freeze up of the game, my cc contributions went up 881.  But the game I'm starting now doesnt show my Daily game checked off.

    So the game was terminated on the first FW and you only took one tee shot?

    Of course you'd get 1 XP for the shot - added to both XP accounts immediately.
    Alas, it's astounding that the CC received the CDP bonus, and you probably did not.

    Is it true that you had to play a second game to receive the CDP, day + bonus?
    If so, buying a pass for this game might have added another 880 to the CC's account(?)

    Disclaimer: Kids, don't do that at home - do not even think of buying a CC pass!

    Sorry, forgot to add, that we were able to get a few holes in after the first 2 disconnects.  But after the 3rd one, game over.

    After the Alt shot that was terminated for 3 disconnects, my CC contributions went up 881 points, but when I went to play another game I still didn't have my check mark for daily round played.

    So the next round I used another pass and at the end of that round 221 points were awarded to both myself and my CC contributions.

     

    Just happy that I don't buy the passes, had a few gifted to me.

    I bet if at the end of the disconnected round the player's account was credited with 50 credits this issue would have been fixed within hours, sort of like the pricing 'issue' for the new balls you just threw up?

    Puuullease ! - You people are so transparent, it's laughable.
