Very nice JJ656, and you too Javiertorg. That's a very valuable 1/2 point for USA.

I expected this match could go either way, and I'm glad we got at least 1/2 point.

    Go USA

Wow, Great match devonnnnn! You were not kidding about missing the Alt Shot round and you would be prepared for the singles match. Nice point for the USA Team.

devonnnnn - any idea what you shot for that round?

    Go USA

Fantastic play Devon! And thank you so much for streaming it (and for saving the recording of it for others).

That was a point Team ROW needed badly, and what a great MP match! Congrats to Mark for not one, but two, great comebacks after such an awful start.

So, as mm rightly says, the match score is now Team USA 9.5 - Team ROW 7.5 with seven matches to go and several of Team USA's strongest players still to play. It's backs-to-the-wall time for our team. Let's show them what we're made of!!!

Myself and Ben will be heading out in the next 20 minutes.  Just time for a few practice swings,  I think it's long overdue that I contribute to the Team ROW score.

Best of luck to Steve and Ben who are scheduled to head out on the course in the next few minutes.

And FYI: for those Ryder Cup participants who have been enjoying the UEL RGs, I wanted to let you know that a new batch of them has been sent through to Icon for submission, and even though the current set cycled out last night, the new batch should be up and running tomorrow or within a day or two (Icon is officially still on vacation, hence the delay).

Finally, I am considering starting up a Fall UEL Tour, perhaps as soon as next week. It will be based, once again, on the free-entry weekly UEL single-play events...

... and I'm just considering whether it will form the basis for qualification for the next big UEL event.

Are people interested in repeating an UEL Ryder Cup in the New Year? Or doing a slightly different kind of event, perhaps a World Cup or other team-based event, but with fewer players per team. Please share any suggestions or thoughts you have.

And I haven't forgotten about Tough-It-Out either. I'd like to do TIO4 sometime soon as well, perhaps in November.

Both me and Kyrock would love to see another fall UEL tour, would keep me interested in WGT for another little while. The Ryder cup format is always awesome

I hope you will do both, uneven lies are all that has kept me around for the last 6 months, and your tournaments and/or  tours are always so well run with good participation, I look forward to them all.

As long as you are willing to put in the work Corwyn, (not sure how you do it) I will play in any league, tour or event if its uel!

    Corwyn,

Despite the fact I've brought just a piece of point for the team, I've loved playing this event here. This year, I've not played that much this game, and to be honest I feel I reach the point I get tired of many things in it. The only sessions I really enjoyed are the events you ran in addition of playing with my buddy Wes.

In this Ryder cup, I've also met such great players (KyRock, Fmagnets, those 4 germans who whipped my little french butt, Russ...) For me, all those guys were just great names in this game, nothing affordable to play with considering my level. I feel like I've had the chance to play with the master players, only because you left the door open for this.

I'll keep giving me a chance to play more games with all of you and definitely will always try to honor the heart you, Sir Corwyn, put in organizing always better events!

Then, I'll see you in those frustrating sloppy fairways, in those nightmare of traps...anytime you'll allow me to play in your events.

Thank you for the fun all the time!

    Fred
