Unexpected error / stroke play

  What's going on? For the second straight time, when I've started stroke play with 2 other players, I've been given an unexpected error. It's happened both times on the third green, just as I was putting. It will let me putt and then give me the error before the shot finishes. I will then have to close the page and come back. The same exact thing will happen 2 more times until I am told I have disconnected 3 times and have quit the match. I've lost 2 damn passes this way.

  i would try clearing cookies and cache for both browser and flash and then reload the client. it would also try other browsers to see if performance improves.

  Funny how all of a sudden this is my computers fault. I can play other types of games without this happening but when it's stroke play, pffffft. Blaming me is the easy way out, WGT.

  can you please right click and submit the error to us so we can trace it down

  Now I was in a 9 hole alt shot match and tied after regulation. Both teams teed off on 10th hole but nobody could hit the approach. It kept booting one player and when we all came back, I clicked TEE OFF but nothing happened. The music kept playing but the course wouldn't load. It's getting very frustrating as it's 50-50 if I can even finish a match.

  With AS games, you are completely dependent on the other players internet connections.  If one player has a bad one, all players suffer.  With what you are describing it sounds like a player had a problem and you weren't able to continue.

  Why do you keep insisting it's players internet when it's clearly not? It booted us and when we all returned, I clicked TEE OFF since I was the lead person. The music kept playing and the course show even though the TEE OFF button had turned a lighter shade ( meaning I clicked it ). I had to purposely disconnect to get back to the TEE OFF screen to tell the other 3 players what was going on.

  You have pages and pages of complaints about the same exact things happening. Why blame us and not fix the real problem? It's ridiculous. I enjoy this game, when it works properly, but you'll be losing many players if this keeps up.

  any chance you can change the "unexpected" error to" heres the error youv'e been expecting".??...just a thought i had.

  Happening all the timenow..about time wgt bought or updated there servers,with all the money they make in here..always the same  any  game there not bothered as  long as idiots keep buying stuff why shud the  spend money on improving a game..  makes me laff.

  Happend to me to day, what makes it confusing that is comes up lost connection with server yet I can still type in the message box to my opponent. send & recieve with no server connection seems strange to me. (always something)
