  Billy - The best suggestion I have at this point would be to post a message on Icon or Shoe"s wall to contact you about the problem you're having connecting to CS. That link works well for thousands of people; the fact that it doesn't work for you indicates some problem either at your computer end or your browser selection. Post on their wall; they are very good about responding and having CS contact you.

  As for free play, we can still play for free. Just not in the manner or as often as we would like. We are not entitled to play the game for free. WGT allows us to and sets those limits. It's their "for profit" business, not our nonprofit enterprise.

  Someone else made the club officer comment. As far as I'm concerned, congratulations on the appointment. :)

  We have spoken, I have never heard of a player getting a error with the help page.  He needs to contact Customer Support, I am not able to help him with a refund of the club.

  Shoe - I suggested that you could help get him in contact with Customer Support; I never suggested that any moderator could help with a refund.

  Isn't there some way CS could contact him if he's having trouble contacting CS?

  lol guys yes no description sir what happened to those balls?

  was a meter problem or a guy in a wgt golf cart just mugged you?

  I have lost over 190 balls due to slo finger or meter problems sir and dam proud of my record lol what do i get ? ; ]

  Really though if you contact customer service with a legitimate complaint they are usually quite reasonable about these things!

  WGTShoe and all of you responding:

  I appreciate it allot, but I have try to get my Credits back for a Wedge and for some unknown Reason When I used the Link Provided by WGTShoe or WGT DB* and I get an ERROR MESSAGE. Saying it cannot forward it!

  As for the Golf Balls, Well Lets just say its never gonna amount one iota on my Complaints!

  Like the Fella Said: WGT is a FOR PROFIT Company. Well so are Real Pro Shops, and other online Games. But Fair is Fair!

  As for anything else to be said, its not gonna change one thing!
