on the 9th tee just hit my ball in the air been a tuff game high winds on best of par four &my tee is looking good....... and then game stops with a note from wgt. where sorry u are no longer eligible for this tourney your time has ran out.?? seriously wgt.?? if u tee off be for your timer runs out at least i feel u should be able to finish your game. No - you must finish in time, that's the rules and your responsibility.
Alas, there have been reports that players have been excluded prematurely - dunno if this has been fixed in the meantime.

And thankfully now WGT stops your game as soon as your time expires. Not allowing you to play the entire round until the last shot. Saves a lot of ball life.
