Connectivity and 'stolen' balls!!!

    Anyone else been getting major connection problems recently?

    I have been cut off numerous time in the last week or so. The last time was yesterday and when I reconnected my Nike 20XI-X ball had gone to be replaced by the basic 'billiards ball'. Even though I had spares in my inventory but I couldn't access them. But those balls ain't cheap!!!

    I am also finding it difficult (impossible) to go migrate between the home pages and the actual game windows. I am using Firefox browser.

    Anyone else had similar problems and if so, did you fix them and how?

    Have you contacted Customer Support in regards to these issues? You may wish to do so when it deals with missing equipment such as balls and disconnections. Also were you able to submit a bug report? 

    To submit a report: 

    1. Right-click the screen while the game window is open. 

    2. Select the option "Submit this problem to WGT" on the menu displayed.

    3. Describe the issue you are experiencing in as much detail as possible.

    Once again I recommend contacting the CS team in this situation.

    The loading has been slow lately. Hopefully WGT will realise soon and do something about it.

    How do you know the slow loading is at WGT and not some other connection between your computer and WGT's servers?

    Also it is my understanding that WGT does not own nor operate the servers they use, and like a lot of companies instead contract with a server provide - Datapipe.

    so because you had no issues today then everybody else is dreaming. I played a 4 player game 9 holes game last night that took 2 hours to complete due to disconnections. granted one person was working in a remote location that caused most of the problems in that case. But please acknowledge that others may experience issues !!

    my point wasnt that I didnt have issues but that servers are fine. if servers had issues then we'd have 1000's of emails. I checked with our staff and it's quiet as well.

    every day someone may have an issue but it';s nbot on our end afaik, if it was i'd tell you.
