It might help if a relatively short and concise post was made listing the various ways to contact WGT and it was stuck as an announcement at the top of the "Community Help" section of the forum. Something like

If you would like help or fiind you need help, here are the most effective ways to contact us
For Customer Service, (link)
For glitches and bugs, (link) . If the glitch occurs during a game, please right click immediately and submt the bug report following the instructions.
To contact moderators, the most effective way is to post on their wall. We do our best but forum posts asking us to respond can be missed.
...and so on.
Those contacts and directions stuck in one place might be a good thing. Many people come to the forums instead of taking the time to look through the FAQs. When they miss it and post for assistance, we can provide the link to the one thread that encompasses almost all of the help contacts.
Just another random thought on my part. :)
