getting credit after you quit a game

  248am 10/18/10 just funished back nine kiawa. opponent disconnected on 18th hole with 3 strokes.  i played out to a par finish.  as game closed it was recorded as a tie.. whats up with that?????     my 2 cents.....

  Opponent has a great 'in' with WGT.

  I was playing Kiawah back 9 with three other people. At 18th hole after 2nd stroke I and two others were on the green while one was just off the green. I was 1 stroke behind two of the guys who both quit. The 3rd guy was even with me at that point.

  I had a birdie and he had a par. Final score board showed me in 3rd place with a 37 and showed the two quitters at 36 and the guy who finished with me at 38.

  Blatant favoritism.
