Watch videos (especially around 8pm est) and do surveys (the one's that you "qualify" for).
save your credits up till you get to level 40 or 50,the you can buy some nice clubs,then you should only have to upgrade clubs when you reach legend. welcome aboard and have some fun. :)

SP- Many of the videos upload at midnight Pacific time. Some of them are only set for a certain number of views by WGT customers so if you catch them early you can view them multiple times before they run out.
If I'm watching a video at 3am, it's not for credits.

I would also recommend entering into the Free to Play tournaments that WGT hosts. This is a good way to test and hone your skills while earning some credits for wins.
