Gifting items is not working,I tried balls

  I sent them this and got this and i then sent them the next email.

  I was just asked about if it was happening to me,and yes
  it is,they said WGT said clear browser,that is not the
  problem,this is 4 of us having this gifting problem,I just
  trying to help and find out for them,but i never have had a
  problem as they are and I am now,it has to be on your side
  someplace,i know my computer and it works just fine.

  Dear David,     
   This issue can usually be fixed in a couple different
  ways.  You can either hit the back button or the refresh
  button.  Also some players have had success with a CCleaner.

  Next one I sent

   I'M SORRY BUT IT IS ON YOUR SIDE,THE BUTTON WILL NOT WORK,HOW CAN I KNOW OF AT LEAST 5 OF US WITH SAME THING WHEN WE NEVER HAD THIS BEFORE,NOW I USUALLY STAY NICE ABOUT PROBLEMS CAUSE GETTING PISSED NEVER HELPS,I'M NOT PISSED BUT THIS IS NOT ON US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   

  Just frustrated for my friends,and if I did want to gift items I can't at that this time,just something is not right. I do my best to never complain cause I know they have a full plate running this place,just please figure it out,and yes I have tried different browsers,cleaned everything,it's not on my side!

  I just gifted you a sleeve of balls.  Seems to be working for me.  Also yelling at the CS agents doesn't usually help.

  2) Is the "Gift" button missing, alone or together with the "Buy" button?

  3) Any other observations?

  I was not really yelling,just caps were on and forgot to take them off,I'm sorry you thought that,anyways I thank you,I was just trying to help others I know with same problem,really I was not yelling,just my eyes are bad so at times I type in caps.

  I'm not sure if you are wanting to help with me,it was a simple situation I was talking about,this is the window that pops up when I click gift. the Oops WGT Page that's all,did not want any problems,I play here to have fun,anyways thanks alosso,I hope you have a great weekend.

  This is the Ball they gave me 3 Pack of WGT B-XD Balls

  I just don't get why a good many people I know are having same problem,I do not like to complain,I hardly ever do,but when I do it i do it with respect,yes I typed in caps which I am sorry,just more frustrated for my friends,one friend wanted to gift a buddy some good balls to use cause he had nothing but house balls,just caring for other WGT players,just looking out for each other.

  Yes I want to help but it only works with your collaboration. Now this is a better description than only saying "It doesn't work, why?" Thanks!

  So, the button is there (sometimes it's not, by design, when tiered items are involved), and you get an error message.

  Are you using IE?

  Now the only hint which I can give is, change browser, then change PC for a trial.
