Not receiving free CC pass

  My game screen shows:

  PASSES: 0    NEXT PASS IN: 0 HOURS

  I've never received a single CC pass since I joined a CC few days ago.

  Please help me with this problem. Thanks in advance.

  Agreed.

  Alas, at "Zero" we aren't automatically provided with a new pass but the clock continues into the negative.

  A refresh of that display is necessary to release the next pass (return from a game or x out and press "Play Now")

  Hey Wgtdblosoe, I recently joined a CC and the friends I play with are members as well, They tell me I'm supposed to get a free cc pass every 12 hours, I have not ever received a free pass. When I play my first game of the day it comes up and says buy a cc pass 1 cc pass = 37 credits. I click on it and it takes me to the buy credits screen, but I've never got a free one since I joined the cc about 3 weeks ago. Can you confirm whether or not if I'm supposed to get free ones twice a day and if so, why haven't I gotten one.

  You do get a free one every 12 hours, however if you purchase a pass the clock resets.

  This is not quite factual. You are supposed to get a free one twelve hours after you used the other free one, and in fact you'll get a free one twelve hours after you've used your last CC pass, including a purchased one.

  WGT's advertizing and FAQ description is incomplete, thus wrong and IMHO dec^W - ehm - misleading.

  Wrong. You create the false impression that we'd get two in 24 hours, three in 36 and so forth.

  Truth is, we never get more than one, and the next one is only available 12 hours after the counter has come to zero.

  And why is the earnings wrongly displayed in $$?

  Shoe, it seems counter-intuitive that folks who actually buy passes would be passed over (as it were) when it comes to handing out free passes.

  I noticed a few weeks back when we were issued extra passes on one of the weekends, they didn't really turn out to be extra because we did not get the free ones we would otherwise have gotten.

  I use to gift them one and then they would start getting the free ones. Can't anymore it has nickled and dimed me.
