Players running into the issue of not receiving their first past when they join a CC or their clock is stuck at 0, please contact Customer Service. They can help you.
For Owners, please have your members contact us. Sending us a list or a note saying some of your members aren't getting their pass doesn't help. There could be different reasons why they aren't receiving them and we really need to talk to the player directly.
