Not receiving free CC pass

  Hi, my pass clock has also never moved off 0H 00M and I've never received a free one. I did try buying one to see if it reset the clock but to no avail.

   

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Send a message to a moderator or click on Contact, at the bottom of every page and give the details

  Players running into the issue of not receiving their first past when they join a CC or their clock is stuck at 0, please contact Customer Service.  They can help you.

  For Owners, please have your members contact us.  Sending us a list or a note saying some of your members aren't getting their pass doesn't help.  There could be different reasons why they aren't receiving them and we really need to talk to the player directly.

  I recently joined a CC I am told  I'm supposed to get a free cc pass every 12 hours, I have not ever received a free pass. When I play my first game of the day it comes up and says buy a cc pass 1 cc pass = 37 credits. I click on it and it takes me to the buy credits screen, but I've never got a free one since I joined the cc about 3 weeks ago. Can you confirm whether or not if I'm supposed to get free ones twice a day and if so, why haven't I gotten one.
