For what I see there is really not much change in the system, which is really disappointing! If you look at the last clash results you see that if you are not a club of 220 plus you have no chance in winning anything other than CC passes.

If you want to have some true competition then you need to make it about the quality of play and not about the quantity. Skill really has nothing to do about these clashes! Until you make it about skill the same couple of clubs are going to lead the leaderboard.

Here is my solution! Put a limit of how many scores will count during each clash. Lets say you take the top 10 rounds from each club during the clash, and after the top ten scores have been decided and if there is a tie then as a tie breaker use the club that has the highest percentage of players played as the tie breaker. This would help even the playing field across the board instead of rewarding the large clubs!

I'm in a large club that has finished in the top 10 in every clash event, and that's all we get, too. This last clash, we finished 4th. What do we get? Four CC passes ... and some goofy tee markers and flags. Clubs 4-10 win exactly the same prizes as clubs 11-25 - four CC passes and goofy tees and flags. 25-50th place win the same thing - four CC passes, but they just don't get the goofy flags and tees.

    Some imagination in prizes, eh?

First place gets the gold putter, but no one seems able to knock The Georgian off the top. So far, all this event has done is give The Georgian 23+ gold putters.

I agree there must be a better way. Seeing the same 5 clubs take top 5 every clash is getting old...lol

I'm with Valley of the Sun, and we are a smaller club and if we all played 24/7 during the clash, we still could touch the top 5.

In my opinion WGT not born for that we enjoy ourselves playing this game, he was born to make money. Fun and business does not have to be hard-fought lords of WGT.

Uneven lies with unfair green speeds is the best thing that ever happened thus far.

So clash all you want and whine all you care to, You know what I think about you already.

And We know who we are.

Aim fair and fire.......I stroll along once in awhile and get mine just fine......

I sling a dozen bucks or so every too often. If you have balls, You know what I'm speaking of.

How many more times can I float the offer of the path Led down before the Stairway was exposed? I need some Live footage for this one to impress my Cats.

I got you in my sights,

                 ~D~

And do u dare use them in CC tourneys, I wouldn't for sure.

I singlehandledly in Clash #3 won the bulldog tee markers I think. The next tourney I set up with them had no flagsticks.
