I want to play the October tour challenge, the Unicef tournament.  On the tournament details page, there's a red message saying I have not entered my country of residence.  I click on that message, and I get a popup message saying, "Congratulations!  Your date of birth and country of residence have been accepted.  But that red message remains, and I still can't get into the tournament.

I went to my profile page, and there's nothing on there where I can enter my country of residence.

What's going on?  What do I have to do?  And is it really that that's blocking my entry into that tournament, or is it something else?

    Thanks very much!

Go to your account page (not your profile page) and check you have your country of residence entered correctly there.

To get to your account page click on "account" over on the left hand side of the page just above the large "play now" button.

If that does not resolve the problem then contact customer services through the link at the bottom of the page.

AFAIS, the country (and state?) cannot be changed by the user, same for the birthdate IIRC.

For any change, use the "Contact" tab below to ask WGT.

Caveat: From my memory, participation to regular tournaments is not permitted in a few US states.
