password reset

  i cannot reset my password because it is a requirement that you know the old one.........i have requested help from wgt several times and have gotten no response. somebody please help me.........thx joelacoste

  I am a bit confused, you are logged in so it seems you have your password?

  Shoe:

  If you never click [log out] you never have to remember your password.

  OR

  If you log out but had told windows to remember it it shows up as: .........

  There are at least two reasons why.

  Maybe others.

  and then if you buy a new computer - you do have to know it to get on in your new computer.

  ?????? confused as the amount of times i have been bumped to the login page and have to renter password cos every browser i try does not remember the wgt password and even when click remeber me i still still have to input password

  Ok two good points.  Contact CS then so they can manually reset.

  i was using internet explorer, it remembered the pw. i switched to google chrome and the issue arose.......................

  You have to ensure that your browser does not throw its cookies away when you close it.

  Did you get a answer?  Wish you know how , cuz it’s the same for me, tired to see the system asking me old password that I don’t know
