Wedge advice

  I am nearing Master level and want to get clubs that will take me to Legend. I am buying the L59 G25 irons and will have a big gap from my new 115yd PW to my current 90yd 56 wedge.

  Currently have  56,60,64 Lv29ish Cleveland Wedges.

  Question is continue with these or get all three  Max spin wedges or get Ping Tour W 56 and 60 with a Max spin 64.

  Again I have no intention of club upgrade again until at or near Legend tier.

  Good choice on those clubs. The punch shot with your set PW fills that gap and is a very effective shot so you can stay with what you have.  :-)

  i have 1x Max spin  64 wedge L52 it has a very good Bk spin at max too much at times save for the Clevelands if u can wait.

  i gonna buy an wedge 80-90 yards range, soon.

  i've tried some, during free rental weekend. it been short time for testing, so cant say which1 works best in combination with starter ball. (cant find good answer using "search forum" option).

  Since you already have a Ping wedge  I'd stay with the Pings.

  First thing to do is get rid of the hybrid. Then in the Pro Shop go to Page 4 and find these:

  Tour W 60 degree (L60+) 345 Credits

  85 Yards Full Shot

  71 Yard Punch

  25 Yard Pitch

  29 Yard Flop

  12 Yard Chip

  Tour W 54 degree (L60+) 345 Credits

  105 Full Shot

  87 Yard Punch

  34 Yard Pitch

  39 Yard Flop

  17 Yard Chip

  The wedge you have now goes:

  60 Full Shot on a good day lol

  49 Yard Punch

  17 Yard Pitch

  19 Yard Flop

  7 Yard Chip

  See how adding these 2 wedges cover the yardage gaps that are so prevalent in this game.

  2 for the price of 1 and have credits left over.

  Actually, this should read : At the highest end, The ATV-Max & Cleve sets are the best wedges in the game. For me (Tekoma), the Cleves are the best.
