CC vs CC Event

  That being said, we will be changing the rules for all future Events so this will not be allowed and points will only be earned while playing in a Clash game.

  The word deluded doesn't even begin to cover that, that you would for a second think anyone with the slightest shred or hint of an IQ would participate in any future event you people put on is just astounding. 

  How about a complete and utter separation from reality?

  Just saying, "yes it looks like a credit grab, but that wasn't our intent, and we totally screwed this up, we apologize"........would go a long way.

  I noticed something fishy during our Clash with Augusta. Normal totals were evident during the first hour or two and then suddenly their total exploded. I went to their club page and looked at the score history of the three players at the top. All were playing a putting event, not Kiawah. I posted about it in our forum and sent a message to WGT, asking them to look into it. As the Clash wound down, a few more must have 'discovered' the loophole and Augusta went from 4th in the standings to first. 

  And WGT awarded that CC the win.

  From what the "News" says about the 1st Clash, it is definitely "biased" towards LARGE clubs, or clubs with money to buy/gift. Every Clash will be won by the same 3-4 CC's, unless something changes.

  Staggering. You'd think they'd at least offer the 2nd place club (the legitimate winners), a second putter.

  Since the CC is named as winner, please (once it's done) name the recipient of the putter. No reason not to, I would think.

  Looking forward to the next Clash. I've been honing my CTTH Putting skills :-) And....

  I'm ready!!!!

  On a serious note. This could be a really, really fun thing. Please fix the problems and try to make it a little more even (sorry Marty, I know you like uneven), and less expensive.

  Not against the rules because the rules were never posted?  Blatantly and repeatedly exploiting a loophole is apparently okay then, good to know for future.  And then you even reward the dishonesty with 1st place and slap everybody else in the face.  The only possible way this could be any bigger of a failure is if you didn't give everyone that played their passes and/or money back....oh wait....

  lol such a load of baloney this tourney is.

  not surprised that controversy has reared its head again - it kind of usually follows that guy lol

  im not sure why wgt keeps turning a blind eye to such nefarious dealings regarding that individual and his other account but people should know lol

  that said, plenty of positive thoughts and feed backs to make his an actual cc vs cc clash based on skill and not buying passes and pounding the course.

  looking forward to version 2 of this minus the crap and cheats.

  fix the problems then have a bit of variety, would be nice to see
