we have made statements on this but I'll summarize.

1. putter in proshop is just so everyone can compare stats

2. it's meant only to be given by winning CC to 1 of their players

Yes they do say that, I think they know people will buy it and want them to. Or why not price it at 4 million credits?

Hardly priced out of the reach of the top money winners and what else will they do with their credits.

As to how special it is, I think time will tell. I have a max putter and it took me quite a while to get used to it. If it's not special the stat's are very wrong.

Sorry I was cutting and pasting while you posted, I didn't mean to follow directly after yours and seem like I was calling you a liar.

I do feel annoyed by this though, I knew the top players would buy this at 400,000 credits, maybe just a couple as first but if their scores go down even slightly others will certainly follow. You know this game and what people will spend credits on, for even a slight edge, much better than I do. What do you think folk with lots of credits, (some from countries/states or in circumstances that means much of the elite collection is unavailable to them) will do with them? Phone call, golf bag or super-putter? These are the options as far as I can see.

The reason I go on about this is that all I see this putter being sold doing is widening the gap between the elite players and the rest.

and as ZioMio said "Why not remove the BUY button then?"

The folk in a position to BUY this putter do not NEED this putter to make 'em from any normal distance... :)

So you assign a price to the putter which is unreal and ?unjustified?

That means to me that the price is a fake and dishonest and unfair business practice.

Your company created a hype for this item and used an (unfair) competition to get revenue from it.

$4000 price tag for something you don't actually get,a virtual club

Not many game sites out there try to rape it's customers like this one.

ICON and the rest of the muppet team,you know where you can shove this gold putter don't you,i shouldn't need to explain.

To this day i havn't put a penny into this game.surveys then skins and matchplay,now RG's.And i really do wish we was all in the same boat and gave WGT nothing.

I still love the game but hate the guys running it,sooner they go bankrupt the better
