Wgt Needs to Fix Game Errors that are Considered Player Disconnects !

  Please explain why you people can't recognize the difference between Unexpected Game Errors and actual player disconnects ??? This has cost me countless loss of matches stroke play  when way ahead or way under par just tonite was -6  at Kiawah hole #8 and yet another Game Errors causes player to be dis Qualified due to Game Errors and disconnecting 3 times ! resulting in being Dis- Qualified ! This effects  Player Game Completion average too ! due to players getting Dis- Quaiification for a WGT error ?? This has happenned  dozens of times and shows me No Respect 

   

  Also  having  to wait in excess of 3 minutes for game to continue having to watch a video ?

  This is totally  unexceptable and this problem and issue needs to be rectified ! Please resolve and fix these issues ! As I Country Club owner trying to play a game with these technical issues is very frustrating !

  hi

  the problem is with detecting a disconnect which can come with many sources such as: your internet dying, your computer freezing, your flash or browser crashing. Then, it could be issue between server and you. That's just the basic 4-6 reasons which cannot be differentiated. I suspect there are dozens of different scenarios, so when you get unexpected error, which can be created after such event, there is no way to know exactly what happened.

  are you talking about 3 min video ad or having to wait 3 min for reconnect timer? 1st is def not intentional and if you see it, please submit bug report via right click on the game window, so we can find the ad and remove it.

  A new one for me.

  I do not belong to a CC and get the pop up stating "Your CC has reached level X".

  I click the close and game crashes twice in a row, result is a  registered  loss for my partner and myself. Sucks!

  damn rght   they need to fix this  ***      ever since   cc  vs cc   started   i   been  thrown  out  of  every  match play  gm   i  entered     n   because  of  wgt's      ass hole  programmers   i  lost  9   straight  match play  games....................

  i  went  from  79% in  wins        to  70                      someone needs  to report   wgt       and   get  this  ***   fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  It appears that your period and exclamation keys are somewhat sticking. I'd check the spacebar too. ;-)

  my country club has reached level 3 i think 15 times, these random pop ups keep happening, for different levels at different times.  What's going on WGT?

  The constant disconnects are getting old gentlemen. Over the past week I have lost no less than 5 passes, green fees (18 holes) to Cabo as well as the number of hits on balls.

  As many complaints that I know you receive on this issue, seems to me that you would rather than finger point at the customers here, fix the problem from within. as much money as we pour into this game, looks as if you might try something new like fix it!!!

  WGT has no control over how a players computer  is configured, both hardware and software, nor over what (if any) routine maintenance is done on player's computers.

  WGT also does not have any control over those connections that are between your computer and their servers.

  If you would like to see those connections you can run traceroute which sends a single data packet from your computer to WGT. Note that traceroute does not show what path is used from WGT to your computer. Not all data packets follow the same route through the Internet, because the Internet is a distributed packet switching network.

  I've never had any of these problems, perhaps you should check your computer or internet connections.
