poaching players from other CC

  Just want to know is it usual thing to poach players from another CC instead to find some  players who do not belong to any CC??? Seems it's typical even for the  last CC of the Week.

  Of course we are very free here to do what we want include joining or leaving CC. But what about decency and good manners?

  Personally, I will never send an invite to someone who is in another club. Most of the club owners I play with regularly follow that unwritten law. 

  If someone is in another club and they ask me to become a member they must leave their club first.

  I know there are lots of owners who will invite anyone with no regard.  To each his own.
