For example, St. Andy's Hole 17 - everyone needs to practice that.
But in Practice Mode, I can't be bothered to play 10 thru 16 just to get there.

Any chance you could grab a screenshot and show us where / how? I just spent 6.32 minutes looking, and the only community I hovered over didn't have 'golf courses' in the sub menu, I can't find that functionality at all. If I hover over Community I get these options:
