  It may be the complaint department, but as far as getting any feedback......it works somewhat like this famous quote from "Catch 22" :

  First Sgt Towser:Sir, You can only see the Major when he is not in. Incredulous Captain Tapman:You mean I can only see the Major when he’s not in? Towser: Thats Right Sir. Tapman: well when can I see him. Towser: When he is in, he’s not there and you can’t see him, and when he’s out – Then you can see him – except that he’s not there.

  I have a complaint if WGT give a fudge,

   

  I have sent through about 6 error reports due to EXTREMELY slow loading times for coursesonce the course has loaded I experience no further problems so it is NOT my isp.

  I had hoped that WGT would get back to me and try resolve the problem I have also spent a fair amount of money on this game and so EXPECT to be ale to play it, I really want an explentaion as to why I continue to have this problem when I never had it in teh beggining.
