I am getting mightily pissed off with the gameplay right now. The meter is as bad as ever tonight. Twice I have been literally fooked good and proper by a meter skip then a meter freeze.
The skip happened on Kiawah 18. I'm sitting @ -6 and a banker for 200 credits. The meter skips and lo and behold I end up in the weeds off the tee in an 80/90 lie ffs. 5 shots it takes me to reach the green and I tumble down to 11th.
Then I suffer a meter freeze on the 9th @ St Andrews. The easiest feckin hole across all four courses. -7 after 8 holes, 60 yards from the green and it freezes and the ball goes into a gorse bush and it's lost. Fortunately I hack onto the green and can a 35 foot putt only to drop 1 shot. In all liklihood it's cost me the tournament.
Get off your arses and spend money on improving the meter, get the fringe putting sorted and above all quit hitting us with overpriced gimmicks designed purely to make money ffs.
