I've been playing the bracket tournaments the entire weekend and today.
But ANY speed bracket with Bethpage Black in it never finishes because the course loads too slowly. And it is ONLY this course and it is for EVERYBODY.
I've made it through to it 4 times and could not finish once and neither did any other player except one guy in all those games - because it times-out for everybody.
Today I only just made it through with 20 seconds to spare. NONE of the other 7 players made it it time.
I made it only because I did not load any alternative camera angles and just rushed it as fast as possible without barely aiming at all.
It makes no difference whether one uses background loading or not. It simply loads too slowly.
I have a 10 Mbps connection and did a few speed tests - my speed was anything between 8 and 10 Mbps - so it is not that. Plus it is ONLY on this course and it effects absolutely everybody.
In all honesty that speed bracket is a waste of time for anybody playing it. I simply suggest replacing the course, fixing the problem, adding 10 extra minutes for this course or doing away with that bracket.
Not being nasty here - just simple feedback to make the game more enjoyable ;)
