14th at Olympic

  On the 14th hole at Olympic, as soon as the ball reaches the top of it's flight off the tee, my computer crashes and cannot be rebooted. It has happened 3 times now in exactly the same place. This cannot be a coincidence. Please try and sort it

  Thank you for reporting this. Did you happen to submit bug report? If problems occur during a match, our in-game reporting tool is the best way to notify us.

   To submit a report: 

  1. Right-click the screen while the game window is open. 

  2. Select the option "Submit this problem to WGT" on the menu displayed.

  3. Describe the issue you are experiencing in as much detail as possible.

  Admin, please advise how to submit a report from a crashed machine, since there will be no game window, no option to select and no window available to type any text.

  Simon: You may try to clear browser and Flash caches or to deinstall and reinstall the two (browser and Flash).

  I have also had this happen several times, although it does not happen on every drive.  It happens when I drive the ball down the left side of the fairway near the trees.  The screen freezes, then the ball is shown where it landed a few seconds later, but the screen is frozen again.  Clearly there is a bug in the code somewhere.  I usually wind up having to close the game window and come back in and then can continue.
