Remedy-(works every time and saves a bunch of time).
1- click on "GET CREDITS"
2-scroll down to $20=2000 credits (at least) ask yourself, How much do I waste on other stuff in a few weeks time or less? I bet if your are really honest with yourself it will be more than $20. Just saying
3-fill in appropriate information
4-submit
5-now have several credits and can resume playing game with better equip/balls and only the frustration of this challenging game.
6-This is the best approach I have found. Saves immense amounts of time and frustration. Actually a lot cheaper in the long run, unless your time is worth .25 to .50 an hour. IMHO
There will be several responses and testamonials to the virtues of the surveys but take my word for it ,the BS you have to listen to and the hoops and loops you need to jump through ain't worth it.
Sounds like a smartass answer,not meant that way at all, just offering the most sage advice based on my own experience over time spent on the site.
