Don't worry about time zones. Restricting competition to eastern time zone clubs is essentially cherry picks opponents and to only playing when conditions are favorable to one's liking.
As an owner of a club with large number of international members, I can assure most international players, and I emphasize it includes non-English speaking countries in addition to the UK, love playing and beating Americans. Period. They live for it. Not because they don't like Americans, they do, but out of a competitive desire. Midnight match? 4am their time? No problem. Not only are time zones not a problem, but they'd be up at 3am, staring at their bedroom ceiling, waiting to play, anxious, excited and focused on win.
So if want to prove your club is among the best cub -- period -- not just king of the eastern time zone of the USA, you can have a match for December. November is booked.
With your "legend" and "tour legend" heavy club, it should be a snap.
Yea, that's a challenge. Let's compete and have competitive fun
