some members of my Country Club not receiving Country Club pass

  Hi WGT,
  
  Im writing because some members of my Country Club not receiving Country Club pass given out every 12 hours.
  
  Wanted to see if there is something they need to do in order to receive it or if this is something that changed in WGT recently.

  Hi Dale, I had (have) a few members that didn´t receive the free passes .

  Wgt answered me with; the members that don´t receive the passes they have to write to 

  Customer Support

  Personally stating name , country club and  the issue.

  After you buy the first one they start coming.  This is how I have handled it for my cc.
