Pro Shop issue

  Since last week I got an error when I try to buy stuff on pro shop or buy credit.

  I got the following error:

  I tried to use IE.9, Chrome 7.0.517 and FireFox 36.12 too.

  I already cancelled coockies and cache.

  I tried use a different PC too but always I got an error.

  Does anyone help me ?

  Hi,

  Try clearing your flash cache and browser cache and it should be fixed. If error happens again, try different browser.

  still unable to enter pro shop

  been trying for 2 days to get things in the pro shop and i m getting the same error cleared all cache cookies history etc etc etc and nothing has changed i am also getting the message asking me to reload my screen when i click on the WGT recommended for the extra xp points, surely this problem should have been realised and a meesage put out about it by now

  Hi guys,

  It is still something on your end. I am not sure what though. Usually hitting control - f5, re-downloads whole website and solves issue. Also, because website has flash components, clearing flash cache helps too. It works on my PCs here and seems to work for most other people.

  Just cleared all flash cache... still wont work :(

  Now working today - I guess 24 hours made all the difference!
