I would definitely caution CC Owners to not bar their members from playing.  If they want to play let them.  If they want to purchases passes or just use their free ones, let them.

Caution the Owners??  Is that some kind of threat?

You got threat out of that??? Have I ever threatened anyone on here?  Ummm no.  All I am saying is that I have seen clubs eject members for something as small as missing a game invite.  I don't want to see Owners remove players because they have played in the event.

    Hey Shoe...

We would never eject a member of our club for playing the clash. All we did was post a message in our forum saying we were not going to participate as a club. We were not going to ask any member to play in it. We did not tell them not to play. We left it up to them. Last time I looked we had 6 members that had played. The last clash we were at 40 or so. You know what happened to our club last time. We just decided we would stay away from these as a club...

    Duck

Totally respect that way of going about it.  Everyone is entitled to their opinion and whether they want to play in this event or not.

I suspect WGT places agents in CCs to sign-up for these calamitous clashes.

Seriously, I don't like conspiracy theories, but it does make one wonder.

    I can't disagree more.

I am not a CC owner, but I am part of the management team, and this morning, we decided we wanted nothing to do with this, and advised our members, via the forum, not to waste their credits and time by taking part.

Two members have chosen to play, probably by mistake.

CC OWNERS should be the ONLY ones to decide whether or not THEIR CC takes part in any competition.

    hey Duck-

i dont even see our CC on the list, if they are it has to be at the bottom. I remember WELL what happened to both our clubs last time.

Hasn't WGT realized that this is one of their worst ideas yet?  Doesn't the amount of CC owners who dont want anything to do with the CC Clash tell you something.  Does the term "flogging a dead horse" ring a bell?

I saw the Clash graphic on the main page, so I figured my CC owner had signed us up. Finished 2 rounds and noticed I was the only player on our leader board. S%^T!

Not the end of the world, but participation should be authorized by the CC owner.
