Getting timed out of a round

  Hi WGT, 

  It just burns me up when I am in the middle of a country club tournament and for no reason you get timed out of a tournament saying that the time period has ended for the tournament. As I stated in my forum post in my country club, I was having a good round and with 6 holes left I received a message stating that the time period had passed. I still had 1 day left to complete the round but no I got timed out!! How would you feel if by chance you made a hole in one and got timed out? You would be pissed, correct? Why can't you make the time periods go until the end of a day and not hours. Just say the time period ends at 12:00 pm on such a day and leave it at that. 

  I would do the same thing with golf balls. I do not know how many times I have started a round with my last ball and sure enough the ball either runs out of hits or you lose it and then you are left with a starter ball which is the pits. At least let us finish the round out before penalizing us. 

  These 2 things would really help the game.

  The way to fix that is simple really - go to CC tournament page and read the start/ end time/date of the specific tournament.

  You have been here since '09, correct? You never read the tournament page?

  This is in no way criticism. Took me forever to figure it out myself..LOL !

  Check how many balls you have before starting a round, if it's 1, buy a sleeve. Or if you have started, use the in game 'buy a sleeve' prompt.

  At least let us finish the round out before penalizing us.

  How would that work? Maybe WGT should see it's your last ball, stop counting ball wear and erect force fields round all the OB areas until you finish the round?
