  Maybe WGT want to reduce their embarrassment at how few they could persuade in to this?  Simply reduce publicity on how little traction it is getting? I rule nothing out after it.

  Their 3rd go now and so many might be in it if WGT could create their dream of a broad care factor for an essentially non competitive sport rip off for most.  OR the really radical bit create something else / in addition that is in keeping with some real competition for all tiers / CCs... 

  I never expected any less from something already rock bottom.

  I agree, sanctimonious is perfectly apt. Cleverdick too.

  Defending an indefensible post never turns out well I've seen often.

  Not sure if you have that in your character though..

  ( not wrong usually, and I'm guessing you don't )

  I'm sure quite a lot of people got a lot of enjoyment from the clash - it's just a fun and different competition.  Would be nice to see the top 250 CCs listed as well.

  It is worth remembering that just because a vocal dozen or so who tend to dominate the forum do not like a particular thing they do not speak for everyone who plays the game here.

  Sure the Clash needs some tweaks but most new things do - looking forward to the next.
