    Hi all,

Firstly to the makers of this game - nice one

I had a look through the forums and tried to find any info relating to the Tier Advancement credits and found this in FAQ's.

    • Amateur: 50 credits
    • Pro: 100 credits
    • Tour Pro: 125 credits
    • Master: 150 credits
    • Tour Master: 175 credits
    • Legend: 200 credits
    • Tour Legend: 225 credits

My question is to those in the know is " Why are the credits earned for moving up tiers so low?

Would it not be of benefit to WGT to provide enough credits to at least buy a box of decent balls to play with on your new level?

    Kind regards,

    Tiewaz

You can purchase balls with the provided credits.  We provide a wide range of priced balls.  We also offer players a chance to earn free credits in the earn credit section.

No. It's not them to buy these balls but us, the players.

A lot of the credits part of this nice game is about grind and greed.

    Think!

The trick is to save them up as you advance. It allows you to treat yourself to something extravagant, while it teaches the magic power of saving.

    You're so right!

I'm gonna save these fabulous 225 crs which I'm promised for TL, regardless of the expenses I'm gonna have to get there!

10-30 is the International Saving Day - put it into the accounts to enable the surcharges!

Hello all, sorry to hijack the thread..

    re: credits

Do any of these "earn free credits " methods work please? Particularly the casino/ sports betting  links that offer 2500-6000 credits?

I just tried one (the first on the page) William Hill Sports and it didn't work.

    Thanks

    P.S.  To the developers:

As a person who just wants to play this golf game  for fun, I'd be willing to pay a monthly subscriber fee like I do in other online games for a set amount of credits. I would do it today. I am not willing to waste time filling surveys or anything else that takes up "gaming time".

A one time fee for "bulk" credits is fine but $50 for 5000 credits is obscene in my opinion. You price guys like me out of paying for the game.  So we either  play for free (it's a fun game anyway) or others spend time and frustration on filling out surveys etc.

When guys here fill out surveys and get credits, how much money do you receive from the survey companies? (dollars per credit)

Why can't we just pay that rate and all save time?

I'm not trying to be smart , I would actually pay if it were cheaper (like I have for years at other sites.)

    Cheers!

I recall a saying about not looking a gift horse in the mouth.

WGT does not have to give any kind of a reward for moving up a tier. What they do give is still a bonus.

    1 credit = a penny ($0.01 - USD).

    So 100 credits = $1.

    1000 credits = $10.

If a survey pays 120 credits, that is $1.20.

You can buy credits at the same rate and save the time it takes to earn free credits..

Nope - credits have no monetary value - see T&Cs.

True as the maximum rate from $$ to cr - I buy cheaper with Zong.

If you buy credits - $1 will buy you 100 credits, so credits do indeed have an equivalent (=) cash value.
