Recover from 60-70% Lie in Brush.

  Is there anybody who is willing to help me with the above situation. For the second time today I got to maximum strokes on a hole because of such a lie. I've tried all types of Clubs & Shots but just cannot get out - it's the most frustrating experience I've had with WGT Golf.

   

  WOW!!  Thanks everybody who has replied to my query. It's great to be  Member of a group with plenty of interest in their fellow Members. I'll go forth and try to "punch" my way out of this situation when, not if, I get there again.

  What shots did you try to get out?  Did you try aiming backwards or to the side?

  Punching with your shortest wedge to the nearest spot where there is thinner rough if you can't reach a fairway is usually the best option.

  An 83 punch can get you 15 yards if the green / fairway is close enough, it won't travel in the air long !

  For 60% to 70% Brush you need a lofted club, like a wedge and use the Punch shot mode..

  The ball will not fly far, and the goal is to get to a lie that has shorter rough or that is grass, even if you have to aim sideways or backwards away from the hole.

  If a fairway or green is too far away for one shot, even aiming for a bunker is an option.
