  Account disable,I can't log in my another ID.

  The T&C's clearly state that you are allowed 1 account only. You got caught with more than one ID and they  disabled one ID. Feel lucky that they didn't disable all your accounts.

  How many IDs are you having the problem with. Please do list them all as well as any others working still.

  Hopefully you will not be, ahem, competing for ANCC with any ID now they know too??.
