I have noticed it does tend to go a bit more off target on a missed ding but then thats the way it should be in my opinion.

spdemon mentioned a miss ding vs the wind seems to have changed, also

    edit:

So, spdemon's observations, as I have not doubted, might have been correct as many TL (a few of them with over 20 HIOs) have concurred.

This may go along with the reasoning behind the changes WGT has made with modifying the game choices, etc.

Here putting seems the same, and so does any shot with what the ding or missing the ding does (talking minor misses).

My impression has been long time that shots to the green suffer of more deviation than tee shots to FW or transport shots on the fairway. This includes Tee shots on Par 3s which add LONG to this "equation".

They are all over the place for me.

    Yes, I've noticed that.

If the wind is left to right and you hit it late it goes a lot further right than you would expect.

Similarly,  hit it early on a right to left wind and it goes much more left.

And you always get it wrong on water holes  !!

I've also noticed that my cleveland wedges are prone to the old meter speed through. Also the meter when putting is awful. To be honest it's spoiling my enjoyment of the game.

If only wgt would do what ever it is they do when it's a free rental weekend. The meter is always spot on during those times.
