-Did you purchase the balls before you started the game? As spdemon mentioned if you purchased the balls before the game you would still be using the previous low durability ball of the same brand.
-Were you prompt to purchase more balls during the start of the game? The notification that comes when you are low on balls and allows you to purchase the same balls.
-While ball durability depends on the ball some holes can take longer than others. This is why I was curious what course you were playing on. A new ball shouldn't have been taken out of play in three holes..
-Additionally did you submit a bug report? If there is something that occurred we would need for you to have submitted this report for our Quality Assurance team.
