I have always wondered who the people were that posted above par scores in Ready Go's. So... I clicked on a random name in one of the tournaments with a score of 41 (9 hole). I notice that in the past 2 weeks or so this guy played 5 or 6 ready go's a day and all of his scores were over par. That is at least 70 ready go's without winning a cent. Does anybody else find this behavior somewhat strange? I mean.. He has to know that he does not have much of a chance until he improves some. It seems to me that a wise man would play for "free" until such a time when he could actually compete. In this scenario, what could possibly be the incentive for someone to do this? I also find it extremely hard to believe that WGT would have some sort of pot builder bot thrown in there just to keep the tourneys flowing. To sum it up, I guess I just don't understand why someone would do this.... any ideas?

Because they like the thrill of competition and/or gambling?  Because they have boat loads of money and don't care?   Because they are blind to their skill level?

    Not sure either!

    Cheers,

lol... that doesn't sound like gambling to me!! Sounds like torture! anyway... What's up Edge?? Haven't spoken to you in a while. I gave up the CC tourneys last month so I could put in some time on the October LPGA tourney. That trophy is going to look good in The Elite Country Club's trophy case!!!

Lets Hope the Trophy stays with us. How are you my good friend? You are shooting some VERY good scores I see. But, that doesnt surprise me, you being an Elite player and all : ) At the moment, I'm putting most of my time and effort into making our 1st CC vs CC tourn. a "success". It can be a little hard at times, trying to communicate with ALL the players involved..lol Mostly Time differences are the biggest hurtle for getting the Matches played and completed. Well my friend, I must move on, I have a message coming in. Stay in touch, ttyl, Jeff

It looks like keeping the trophy with us is going to be up to "pgabound67". He is only one stroke out of the lead right now.
