Question regarding playing an 18 hole ranked round using a CC pass and upon reaching the turn.

If I opt to save the game on the 10th tee and return later to play will my CC pass be there when I return?

Timescale not a factor as I'd be returning to finish the round almost immediately.

Quick clarification would be much appreciated.

    Anyone?

I've tried it  and you get a message saying you lose your pass.

It says, you lose the pass if you quit.

But, the option chosen before is "save & quit" which means that you don't quit but store the game. In my tests, the pass did stay alive and count when you continue till the end. As a proof, the CC symbol will show again.

    This is the "Quit" message:

It appears on "Return to Main Menu" which means to terminate the game. In this case, the CC pass should be lost.

Hmm.......  thanks for the info, 'Tiger'.

Any mods around to confirm, or otherwise?

    Boredom kicking in......

    Well aware of that, Alosso.

My query is regarding 'save & quit' option  - two replies two different opinions thus far -  exactly why I'm asking.

    Thanks anyhoos.

I understood you well, having saved the pics a few weeks ago.

The programmers apparently juggle with the terms to their liking without any thought of consistency and perceivability, just like amateurs.

YES it saves the CC Pass for you.

Make sure you use the Save and Quit Option (not Quit) at the bottom of  the Menu, however.

Confirm, Save the Game and you are good to go. It even shows up when you Resume the round.

Lmao....  being supremely patient (aye, right) I just closed the browser without saving.... continue game option was there on return, as was the pass once 'continue' was clicked.

    Next question:

    Mr. VEM aboot?

    :)

Nope - any ranked game saves itself after each shot (roughly speaking).

"Save & quit" is the standard.

Just confirming that if you Save your game and return to continue the game your CC Pass does not disappear. As for the wording in the box, I'll let the folks know that a change is needed so it is less confusing to the players.
