some members 'not' using 'free' pass

  I'm not sure if this has been a subject on the forum before (more  than likely I just couldn't find) but here goes.

  I have a fairly small (33-36) CC with quite a few active members. In the past members who did not take advantage of the 'free pass' was really not that big a deal.  As we have been growing and slowly moving up in CC tier (just reached Lv 5) I have noticed that the brunt of XP growth is only due to a smaller % of members whilst all members (noticeably newer) do not contribute to our "growth" in the sense of moving up in tier.    Do all players world-wide have the same options to use free pass?

   My thought is 'no free rides'.  It takes the "whole team" to win the game, reach a goal  etc.etc  The benefits (putter pal/shot pal) thus far are not earth shattering but nonetheless "earned".

  There is a bug where some new members don't get the free passes so it's worth asking them before taking action.

  It's not meant personally towards you, but I'm worried that you worry about this item.

  It was insignificant when it did not exist, and IMHO it's insignificant now. The whole invention of the CC XPs and passes and levels is of more benefit for the company than for us. We get some tournament spaces which may be nice for very active CCs, putter & shot pals which replace the paper pals we had before, directors without functions, super passes of no real use. The company gets a good share from those insignificant CC passes they sell, 37 cr each.

  You and your CC have only one useful step to go - level 6. After that, only the plus in membership may be interesting. And the levels will come, sooner or later.

  So why do you worry about such insignificant issues?

  Who cares? 

  I think I would find it more troubling if people were buying CC passes.

  Those who worry in such extent do buy passes.

  I tried to play the last Clash with my CC without buying passes, but some did so nevertheless, 40x (40x too much IMHO).
