Behold a city of ice with buildings over a hundred feet tall with lights inside the ice, taken from the Songhua River and used to build a city of ice that dwarfs the people visiting.
The snow sculptures are magnificent. With winters at 10-20 below zero averagly it is the perfect place for this event.
