No "Play Now" option, Please help

  When I click "Play" in the tournament calendar it loads to 77% and no more!  I watched and waited for 10 minutes and it just stayed on 77%.  On the Home Page the "Play Now" option is completely gone!
  
  To try to fix this I made sure Cookies were allowed, I made sure Add-ons were allowed, I turned off my firewall, and I uninstalled then reinstalled Flash player.  When none of this corrected the problem I did a complete "System Restore" but even that didn't help.  I don't know if it matters, but I did notice that Flash Player 'Plugins' are no longer in my Programs, but I couldn't find where to add them.
  
  I'm completely out of ideas and hope someone know what I can do.

  Go here , stick it in your favourites, then you don't need to go via the main page.

  As for your other problems, have you tried another browser? Maxthon and Comodo Dragon are worth a try.

  I always log into the gameclient rather than the home page!  I started doing that over 2 years ago and it immediately took care of a lot of issues I had with the game.

  Loading issues can be caused by all kinds of things.  Check your ping rate, download speed and upload speed as well.  I know you have probably already done that but just a thought in case you haven't.

  Make sure you don't have your profile page open when you play as well.  That profile page eats up a lot of BW and uses as much flash as does the game.

  If you have anything else open, make sure it is closed.  I used to be able to run you tube and listen to music as I played.  Something changed about 6 or 7 months ago and it will not do that now.I feel certain the change was on WGT's end because I can still do that when I am in Call of Duty or some of the other programs I run.

  just a few thoughts, hope you get it fixed!
