Buying equipment ...locked?

  Hey everyone,

  Is it possible to buy/adquire equipment that is locked because it is not yet available in your level?

  I have seen players using the daytona putter (level +55) playing only in level 52 for example. I would like to buy the same item but I'm only in level 50, can I get/buy the putter?

  I am mainly getting desperate of missing so many putts because of using the begginner putter..... :(, I must admit, when getting a 12 yards putt in, I can concider myself very lucky.

  Hi, in short: no.

  Those players who use equipment that is higher level than they are, are ones who bought it prior to past August new tier/level introduction.

  YOur actually not as far from it as you might think..if you play at least 1 18 hole round (or 2 9 hole matches per day..you get some pretty big bonuses for 7 days consecutive play  etc. I bet your there in a couple of weeks.

  why not get the redwood putter that became available at level 44.  It has the same feel etc. as the daytona but cost 150 credits less....and in my opinion, better than the daytona.   Rent it for a day and see for yourself.

  thank you for the advice shortstop, although by reading the comments of both putters, there is a big difference in favor of the daytona.......I beleive it is worth to wait. playing continuosly migth give me finally the putter.......for chirtsmass! ;)
