I saw your screenshot MCH and I have to tell ya I got déjà vu all over again. Almost 5 years ago I posted this image

about halfway down in this thread because I was confused about reading the wind and asked for people to analyze it. Thankfully I've improved. LOL
OK here's how I would hit your shot
I use the wind direction from whatever camera view is closest to the the line from the ball to the pin. In your case its the overhead view, however the difference is only a few degrees and I disregard it. I used 17mph at 7:30 for the wind power and angle.
106yds + 1.3yd for elevation (4/3) + (17 x .7)yds for effective head wind at that angle and take a third of it for shots around 100yds + 2 yds because I will be aiming right of the pin and more into the heavy wind(I add less if moderate or low winds).
So yardage is 106 + 1.3 + [(17x.7)/3] + 2 = 113.3yds
I'll move the aimer 7.5yds right of the pin. 5.5 yds for a 12 crosswind and full backspin + 2yds because its heavy wind. That's my experience, heavy winds move the ball more. I don't add any extra for low or moderate.
I'd hit my 97nike PW at 98.5% power with full backspin and try to ding it.
As an example, here's a replay of a shot I hit from a similar spot with similar wind using the above methodology. I used the 19mph wind at 8 o'clock. Effective headwind is 19 x .5 = 9.5. Yardage to hit was 112.5. I hit my nike PW at 97.8% with full backspin and aimed 10yds right of pin.
