  Nice post Monty,Whatever your commitee decides is fine with me,I just dont understand how 1 single 9 hole match cant be played in 5 days,As i said my Girls were avaliable to play,I understand you were under pressure to submit a playable line up but you could also have replaced these players with other ones to ease their burden,:).This will be my last comment  and as i said before i sincerly wish plim and his family all the best,Good Luck in the rest of your league matches hope to meet you again when your players are re-freshed,

  Hi Tess,

  I am not the committee, my post was just my feelings expressed in a way I hoped would not cause any offence, or add any provocation in a situation where emotions are obviously running high, but I feel it was the right thing that we should be heard.

  I think it is taken as red that all involved wanted to play, and would have played under normal circumstances.

  Perhaps a call for an extension on these matches is the correct thing to do, its the first week of the new season, new rules take time to bed in and indeed the new rules may not be the right rules. We have had more fighting on match 1 than we had all last season, I think that tells us something!

  The lineups are indeed released!

  (Well, most of them.)

  Division 1 - all matches are on (105, 106, 107, 108)
  Division 2, Group A - all matches are on (201, 202)
  Division 2, Group B - all matches are on (216, 217, 218)

  **update** in contact with Bordeaux, hopeful that they will get in. Czechs have responded, they have all 3 in.

  There may be a bit of re-organisation if the Icelanders continue to not respond - which they haven't.

  am very sorry i can nominated just 1 team from czech in division 2 , Jirka30 (president) is not here and i have no contacts to other players.

  Sure, thanks for letting me know. I've got 2 teams from you and they are playing!

  To those in Divisions 3 and 4 - the Golfklubburs have pulled out - something about being out at sea (Icelanders!). I will have to do some reorganising of teams in the morning.

  LEAGUE UPDATE - Revision of teams

  I have had a look at the makeup of the league after the Icelander pull-out, and I have made the following revisions:

  • Bordeaux Online A is elevated back to Division 2, Group A. I have lineups for both you and Rock and Roll Rasta B, so fixture 203 is now on!
  • Cardiff CC B has been moved from Division 4 to Division 3A
  • Supercool_world_champions A have been moved from Division 3B to 3A
  • United Nations Country Club  C, GranSuperGolfMannarCountryClub C, and Czech Club C have all been moved to Division 3B
  • Division 4 is disbanded
  • Fixture 402 - UNCC C v Czech Club C has lineups and is now fixture 317
  • Everyone in Divisions 2 and 3 are in a group of 6! This is good!
  • Week 1 of Division 3 now has a deadline of 23 January and we will play without a mid-way break.
