  Every time I log in or press My profile, it goes OOPS.

  6 days without my Profile page and still not repaired and WGT ask me what I think of their support. I'm disgusted, its as if they don't care.

  Has anyone else had a similar problem?

  PLEASE GET IT FIXED 

  WGT finally fixed this, it took them 3 weeks

  Not so sure about that. Because every other UK profile I tried loaded with no problems.

  hi

  i know the issue... you must have changed something on your profile, like added oversized pic or video and it crashed it.

  it will need to be manually fixed, but I do not know when it can be done. I know in past they could doit but it took a while, so I will ask them but I cannot promise anything.

  go through the database and remove anything that shouldn't be there in his profile , should take a matter of minutes ....
