  hi

  can anybody help i can log in to site but not will not load game have been a member since sept. this problem began 4 days ago i have done the following

  1 cleared caches

  2 changed browser to explorer 9

  3 turned off pop up blocker for the site

  4 ensured there is 1mb of space for site

  5 emailed the site who replied initially but have failed to give any help since(poor show)

  would be eternall grateful if anybody can help

  Hi,

  Explorer 9 is still in beta, so we don't support it. Could you try other browsers such as Firefox or Chrome and do same process as above and let us know if that worked for ya

  installed google chrome and everything fine still do not understand why it stopped working on explorer 8

  hi,

  I suspect it's flash + browser issue. it needs to be cleared periodically due. Also, sometimes browsers do not download websites fully and that generally would be fine on most websites, but not here.
